In a period of great uncertainty and great questions about the possibility of a power supply that does not jeopardize our health we carry with pride our hard choice of a crop free from chemical fertilizers and a small breeding of beef and poultry conducted according to the philosophy of natural growth with natural foods and working with nature. Everything outside of an absurd logic market.

The certification of the quality of our cuisine and our food has always been the long communal table around which we eat together, you, us and our children Michael and Dario: we are proud of and believe it is the best advertising.
